Artichokes, courgettes, tomatoes of all colors, mint, basil, ricotta and parmesan cheese, bread and typical Tuscanian cold cuts. Not to mention pastas, rice, olives, hams, finocchiona and salami…
Keep in mind: colour is fundamental and all the great dishes begin by pleasing the eye.
After the shopping there will be the moment of cooking the selected ingredients, all together under the supervision of the chef.
